Rachel Kice is a prolific contemporary painter with unique performance career.

Performing live onto canvas, in arenas and venues throughout the country, Rachel fuses her painting with live music and performance and creates fine-art in real-time. Rachel so encapsulates the sights, sounds, and experience of events that she was the first visual-artist in history signed to a major record label.

Kice joins the rhythms of concerts and cultural gatherings where she applies paint to spinning canvases; adding line, shape, form, texture and color to reflect the physical environment and mood of the event. She is an observer as well as a participant, thriving on action and human interaction for her themes.

Although Rachel’s performances yield a finished art piece, her literal act of painting liberates her from the objects she creates and offers Rachel the freedom to “exhibit” everywhere from concert stages to red carpets to museum galleries.

As the only visual artist associated with the MuzikMafia, the Nashville-based artists’ collaborative that yielded multi-platinum recording artists Big & Rich and Gretchen Wilson, Kice has appeared on the Chevrolet Presents Big & Rich and Gretchen Wilson: An American Revolution stadium tours and appeared as herself on CMT’s progressive original reality series, MuzikMafia TV. Her reach and appeal has been fortified in numerous televised appearances and popular publications, including the Radio Music Awards, Nashville Star, CNN, On-Demand Networks, Billboard, Star, Country Weekly, GQ, and Dish.

Kice has performed onstage with a variety of popular musical artists including Willie Nelson, Ravi Coltrane, Jon Bon Jovi, Jewel, Kid Rock and regularly with MuzikMafia group members. She has been commissioned and by a variety of major brands including Hard Rock Cafes, MusiCares GRAMMY Week Gala, NASCAR, and Harley Davidson.

Kice, born in Wichita, KS in 1977, attended college on vocal scholarship at Berklee College of Music, (Boston, MA) and Wichita State University, where she studied vocal performance and business. She is a self-taught visual artist. Rachel Kice resides in Los Angeles with her twelve year old daughter, Witne, and maintains studios in Los Angeles and Nashville, TN.
